Details
One of the kindest things you can do for yourself is remove the negativity (negative karma) from your mind, because the quality of your mind determines the quality of your life!
For generations, Buddhist practitioners have used the meditation and prayers of Buddha Vajrasattva -- a very powerful method to purify negative karma using four simple meditations anyone can learn and practice.
This in-depth retreat is offered annually. Newcomers are especially encouraged to attend the Saturday morning teaching and guided meditation; the remainder of the retreat will be self-guided. Â Absolutely everyone is welcome.
