In this one-day retreat, learn to heal your mind and enhance your love, compassion, and wisdom. The Buddhist meditation practice of taking and giving is one of the most powerful methods for opening our hearts and for healing mental and physical illness. This ancient healing meditation practice has the ability to bring mental peace and happiness, and is especially helpful in situations where we may otherwise feel powerless to directly help others or to overcome adversity. (Yes, it's possible to do a successful retreat at home!)
