The Gateway to Enlightenment Retreat, part 3: Be Calm, Confident & Protected

Join us for meditation retreats on Tuesday evenings this January. You'll receive teachings on and gain meditative experience of Lamrim, or Stages of the Path to Enlightenment -- the very essence of Kadampa Buddhist meditations that lead to enlightenment.

You'll be able to:

• Establish a joyful, step-by-step, and deeper approach to meditation
• Learn essential Buddhist perspectives, such as impermanence, refuge, and karma 
• Create a solid foundation for more advanced meditations
• Adopt a more meditative approach to life

Each Tuesday retreat includes practical instruction, guided meditation, and time for questions. No previous experience is necessary; absolutely everyone is welcome.

This retreat is also a perfect preparation for the Foundation Program, an in-depth study and meditation class which meets weekly on Tuesdays (7-9pm) starting February 6th.  (more information)
