Details
There is nothing more powerful than the mind -- it can be our best friend or our worst enemy. Because life's joy and suffering depend principally upon the quality of our mind, if we learn to retrain our mind, we can live well and contribute meaningfully to the joy and happiness of others. In this special workshop, Gen Demo will illuminate the deeper meaning of this teaching, guide us in meditations we can later practice at home, and discuss how to apply this understanding to our daily life. Everyone is welcome to attend!
