• The Path to Enlightenment Retreat: Compassion & Wisdom

This guided meditation retreat offers an ideal opportunity to gain experience of the Stages of the Path meditations, or "Lamrim," which is a special arrangement of all Buddha's teachings that is easy to understand and put into practice. By becoming familiar with these meditations, we will gradually let go of unwanted feelings and attitudes, and strengthen our innate capacity for universal love, wisdom, and compassion.

Please note: This retreat day is part 2.  You do not need to have attended Part 1 (on Sunday, Jan 15) in order to participate in Part 2.

This retreat is open to anyone -- new or experienced -- who would like to gain deeper experience of these wonderful, transformative meditations. No previous experience is needed. Each session will focus on a different meditation, and will include explanation and guided meditation.

10:00 - 11:15am: Talk & Meditation, "Progressing to Enlightenment" 

11:15 - 12:30pm: Lunch Break (bring your own) 

12:30 - 1:30pm: Guided Meditation Session 1, "Universal Love" 

2:00 - 3:00pm: Guided Meditation Session 2, "Supreme Heart of Compassion" 

3:30 - 4:30pm: Guided Meditation Session 3, "Attaining Enlightened Wisdom"
