Details

This three-part retreat will focus on three powerful meditations based upon the legendary poem "Three Principal Aspects of the Path," by renowned Buddhist Master Je Tsongkhapa.

These meditations gradually free us from inner pain and suffering, and give us the psychological and spiritual tools we need to confidently and joyfully transform all aspects of our life into deeper levels of peace, freedom and happiness. Eventually they lead to the supreme happiness and freedom of Liberation and Enlightenment.

Although this retreat is in three parts (over three Saturdays), you may attend as little or as much of the retreat as you wish.

Part 1: Jan 3

Renunciation, the meditation opens the door to permanent inner happiness and freedom from suffering

Part 2: Jan 17

Bodhichitta, this meditation awakens our supreme good heart of altruism, love and compassion

Part 3: Jan 31

Emptiness, this meditation develops powerful wisdom to overcome our toxic thinking, painful emotions, and negative patterns.

Each retreat will focus on gaining authentic experience while in meditation and how to apply to daily life. Retreat sessions will include valuable instruction, guided meditation, and time for questions.

No previous experience is necessary and absolutely everyone is welcome!
