One of the kindest things you can do for yourself is remove the negativity (negative karma) from your mind, because the quality of your mind determines the quality of your life!
For generations, Buddhist practitioners have used the meditation and prayers of Buddha Vajrasattva - a very powerful method to purify negative karma using four special meditations. This retreat will also use the traditional Kadampa Buddhist prayers and meditations called Offering to the Spiritual Guide.
Please note: This is an unguided retreat; however, all levels of students are welcome to attend -- from beginners to advanced practitioners. New students are especially encouraged to attend the Sunday 3 pm Introductory Teaching for an explanation of the retreat.
