Details
For generations, Buddhist practitioners have used the meditation and prayers of Buddha Vajrasattva - a very powerful method to purify negative karma using four special meditations. This retreat will also use the traditional Kadampa Buddhist prayers and meditations called Offering to the Spiritual Guide.
Please note: This is an unguided retreat, however all levels of students are welcome to attend -- from beginners to advanced practitioners. New students are especially encouraged to attend the Sunday 3pm Introductory Teaching for an explanation of the retreat.
