Meditate in South Bend

Meditate In South Bend is a branch of Kadampa Meditation Center Chicago. We offer weekly classes in meditation and modern Buddhism in the South Bend/Mishawaka area. We also schedule occasional special events, like workshops and retreats.

All of our drop-in classes, workshops, and retreats are suitable for both newcomers and experienced meditators. Drop in at any time. Everyone is welcome!

Each includes guided meditation, practical instruction, and the chance to ask questions.

If you're new, any class or event listed here is a great way to begin. Choose one that works with your schedule, or on a topic that interests you.

Classes in South Bend are resuming!

In-person classes are resuming in the South Bend/Mishawaka area! If you're not comfortable attending in person, please check out our online offerings.

Most classes and special events are taught by KMC Chicago's Resident Teacher, Gen Kelsang Zamling.
