Covid Policies

Updated Feb 28, 2022:

In accordance with updated policies for the City of Chicago and Village of Oak Park, masks are now optional (not required) at our classes. If you would like to wear a mask, you are always welcome to do so.

Please do not come if you:

• have a fever or cough

• have been exposed to anyone with Covid

• are required to self-quarantine

If you pre-registered to attend in person but are unable to attend for any of the above reasons, please contact ad@meditateinchicago.org as soon as possible to receive the live-stream link or a refund.

Additional measures we take:

• Chairs and cushions in the meditation room are spaced about 3 feet apart.

• A HEPA filter cleans the air in the meditation room before, during, and after each class.
