Using Your Gift Card

You can use your gift card for any drop-in class, retreat, or special event. Simply enter your gift card code during checkout on our website. Unfortunately, gift cards can not be redeemed in person. (We'd love to, but our system doesn't have that capability.)

2. Redeem your code

Once you've chosen a class, retreat, or special event, begin the checkout process.

Click the "Checkout" button for your chosen class, retreat, or event.
On the next screen you'll find a spot labeled "Add Gift Card". Desktop/laptop: you'll find this in the right-hand column. Mobile: you'll find it near the top.
Click on "Add Gift Card", then enter your "Gift Card Code" from the original gift card email you received.

Redeem Online Only

As much as we'd love to be able to redeem gift cards in person, our system doesn't have that capability. Gift card codes can only be redeemed on our website.

Monthly Memberships

Gift cards can not be used to pay for monthly memberships, but monthly members can use a gift card to pay for special events and retreats that aren't included in their membership.

Expiration

A gift card remains valid for 5 years (60 months) from the date of purchase. After that time, the gift card expires, along with any unused funds remaining on it.

Lost or Missing Gift Card Codes

If you've lost your gift card code, or never received it, simply contact us. We can re-send it to you.

Invalid Code

If you receive a message that your gift card code is invalid, follow these steps:

Check the code: Ensure that you are entering the code correctly, as gift card codes are case-sensitive and must be entered exactly as received.
Avoid extra spaces: Make sure no extra spaces are added before or after the code.
Verify expiration: Confirm that the gift card has not expired. If it has, it cannot be redeemed.
