The attainment of happiness doesn't have to be complicated or exhausting. Come discover how you can find lasting joy and satisfaction by developing the capacity of your own mind.

Modern Buddhist meditation offers us simple and effective methods that make us really happy by developing contentment, gratitude, acceptance and joy.  Each class in this series will include practical instruction and guided meditations you can practice in daily life so that you can gradually learn how to be happy no matter what life throws at you.

No previous experience is necessary, and absolutely everyone is welcome.
