Modern Buddhist meditation offers us simple and effective methods that make us really happy by developing contentment, gratitude, acceptance and joy. Each class in this series will include practical instruction and guided meditations you can practice in daily life so that you can gradually learn how to be happy no matter what life throws at you.
No previous experience is necessary, and absolutely everyone is welcome.
