Becoming Happy, Friendly and Peaceful
In this series we’ll learn about Buddha’s good qualities and how we can learn to become more like Buddha! Kids can explore the extraordinary potential they have to be happy, peaceful and loving. Just by following Buddha’s amazing example, we can gradually improve all our positive qualities!
Each class will include a fun, short lesson about the theme of the week, an interactive activity, and a brief guided meditation. Open to children ages 4-11, no previous experience is required! Everyone is welcome.
Please note: for your first class, we ask that children arrive several minutes early. Accompanying adults must remain on site, either with the kids class (no charge) or attending the simultaneous class for adults ($15). Register for either option with the links below.
