Love IS the Answer
Often we don’t know how to handle the difficult situations we see around us. Through exploring the different types of love that Buddha teaches, kids will learn how to use loving prayer as a tool to help others and themselves understand the confusion they observe.
Each class will include a fun, short lesson about the theme of the week, an interactive activity, and a brief guided meditation. Open to children ages 4-11, no previous experience is required! Everyone is welcome.
Please note: for your first class, we ask that children arrive several minutes early. Accompanying adults must remain on site, either with the kids class (no charge) or attending the simultaneous class for adults ($15). Register for either option with the links below.
