Join us for a thought-provoking and inspiring exploration of Modern Buddhism, a special presentation of Buddha's teachings and meditations that is easy to understand and integrate into busy modern life.


Each class is self-contained and includes a teaching, two guided meditations, and discussion. No previous experience is necessary, and absolutely everyone is welcome, regardless of background or belief.
