Start your day with some peace of mind!  Meditation helps us stop overthinking, experience greater peace and calm, and increase our good qualities like patience and love.


Each session includes a brief introduction, guided meditation, and concludes with practical ideas about how to stay connected to a positive mind outside of meditation. No previous experience is necessary. Absolutely everyone is welcome.
