Deepening Your Meditation Practice
Anyone can become good at meditating! Effective meditation makes us happier, improves our mental health, and strengthens our relationships. It also gives our life purpose, direction, and inspiration, even when things are falling apart.
This weekly class will explore Lamrim meditation, a time-tested series of 21 meditations that enable us to start and make effective spiritual progress, awakening our fullest potential for unconditional love, compassion, and wisdom. These meditations eventually lead us to the sublime, everlasting happiness of Enlightenment.
Each week we will focus on how to establish healthy meditation habits, and how to integrate meditation seamlessly into each day so it becomes an enjoyable and enduring part of our life.
Classes include practical instruction, two guided meditations, and time for questions. No previous experience is necessary, and absolutely everyone is welcome.
A simultaneous Sunday morning class for kids is also available.
