In general, we all want to be authentically happy, to be of benefit to others, and to find a way to feel fearless throughout our life and when our life is over. These three wishes can be fulfilled only through inner development or training our mind--reducing painful ways of thinking and replacing them with positive mental attitudes. It is so important to learn how to nourish our good heart and develop the power to be positive and confident all the time regardless of life’s difficulties.
In this series we will explore 8 mental habits that give us positive energy, harmony in our relationships and protection from fear throughout our life. Each class will include practical guidance, two guided meditations, and time for questions.
No previous experience is necessary, and absolutely everyone is welcome.
