Meditation doesn't need to be a struggle. By learning the art of joyful meditation, we will naturally have enthusiasm, confidence, and success in our meditation practice. This course is perfect for absolute beginners and advanced students. Each class will include practical insight, instruction, and guided meditation. No previous experience is needed; absolutely everyone is welcome!

Following this public talk, the topic of "The Art of Joyful Meditation" will continue each Wednesday in February at 7:30pm. Each week explores a different aspect of the topic, but also works as a standalone class. Learn more about the Wednesday Evening Class.
Gen Kelsang Zamling is a modern Buddhist monk and the Resident Teacher for KMC Chicago. Having studied, practiced, and taught Buddhist meditation for many years, he is adept at guiding both new and experienced meditators with warmth and clarity.
