Details

The Three Wishfulfilling Jewels of Buddhism are Buddha, Dharma (Buddha's teachings), and Sangha (the spiritual community). By relying upon the Three Jewels with strong faith, we are protected from outer dangers, inner fears and delusions, and we establish the path to authentic liberation and enlightenment. This in-depth unguided retreat will begin with an introduction on Friday night followed by self-guided retreat sessions on Saturday and Sunday in which we meditate on refuge and collect traditional refuge prayers while using the blessed Kadampa prayers, Essence of Good Fortune.
