Detox Your Mind: Guided Meditation Retreat

Begin the year with a fresh start! In this retreat you'll learn four meditations to let go of mental negativities and bad habits, and purify negative karma, which is the primary source of all pain and misfortune. By applying these meditations (called "The Four Opponent Powers") you can gradually detoxify your mind completely and enjoy the supreme peace and bliss of liberation and enlightenment.

Each session will include practical instruction, guided meditations, and time for questions. No previous experience is necessary; absolutely everyone is welcome.

SCHEDULE

2:00 - 3:00pm: Teaching and Meditation Session 1

3:20 - 4:00pm: Teaching and Meditation Session 2

4:20 - 5:00pm: Teaching and Meditation Session 3

5pm: Informal Q&A with light refreshments (optional)
