Learn how to get started, and how to set up a personal meditation practice that brings a sense of balance, peace and clarity into your life. No previous experience necessary; everyone welcome regardless of background or belief.
10 - 11am: Teaching
11:10 - 11:30am: Guided Meditation 1
11:40am - 12pm: Guided Meditation 2
12 - 12:30pm: Optional Q&A

Gen Kelsang Zamling is a modern Buddhist monk and the Resident Teacher for KMC Chicago. Having studied, practiced, and taught Buddhist meditation for many years, he is adept at guiding both new and experienced meditators with warmth and clarity.
