During this special event Kadam Lucy will share special insights from Buddha’s teachings that give us many reasons to feel hopeful and deeply encouraged despite our many problems; she will also guide helpful meditations and share practical methods to help us become strong and fearless in busy, daily life.
No previous experience is needed, and absolutely everyone is welcome!
TEACHER
Guest Teacher Kadam Lucy James is the Resident Teacher of KMC Colorado. A very early disciple of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso and a senior teacher of Kadampa Buddhism, she has taught extensively in England, Florida, and San Francisco and helped set up many thriving meditation centers in the past 44 years.
Kadam Lucy is appreciated for her deep wisdom, vast knowledge, lucid mind, and inspiring yet practical presentation of Buddha’s teachings and meditations. She is very skilled at explaining how to make these teachings immediately effective in our busy modern lives to help both ourselves and everyone around us.
