Our relationships with others – whether between friends and family members, or among coworkers and strangers – have a huge influence on our life and well-being. When these relationships are challenging, we usually suffer. Learn how developing a strong mind of love can completely transform your experience of the world and everyone in it. By improving and increasing your love, you will be happier, your relationships will be more harmonious, and you'll be able to show up in a more beneficial way for the people in your life.

Join us for this special evening talk and guided meditation with our main teacher and Buddhist monk, Gen Zamling. Enjoy this talk on its own, or as an introduction to a 6-week series of classes called "Building Healthy Relationships."

No previous experience is needed, and absolutely everyone is welcome!
