Meditate
in BloNo

Welcome!

Meditate In Bloomington-Normal is a branch of Kadampa Meditation Center Chicago. We offer monthly drop-in classes in meditation and modern Buddhism, community social & discussion meetings, and 30-minute drop-in guided meditations. We also hold occasional retreats and other one-time events.

Each class includes guided meditation, practical instruction, and the chance to ask questions. These are suitable for all levels, from newcomers to experienced meditators. Everyone is welcome!
