• Stages of the Path to Enlightenment: Guided Lamrim Meditation Retreat

The Stages of the Path, or "Lamrim," is a special arrangement of all Buddha's teachings that is easy to understand and put into practice. By becoming familiar with these meditations, you will enjoy the peace and fulfillment that come from a spiritually meaningful life.

These meditations: 

• deepen our experience of loving-kindness, 
• enhance our awareness of impermanence, 
• overcome all obstacles to our peace of mind, 
• solve our daily problems, and 
• lead us to perfect wisdom and full enlightenment.

Each session will focus on a particular meditation, providing practical instruction and meditation guidance.  No previous experience is necessary and everyone is welcome.
