Kadampa Buddhist meditation provides effective and lasting solutions to the daily problems of worry, stress, and frustration; it awakens our inner, spiritual potential for a rewarding and meaningful life; and it gives us insightful guidance how to help others practically and profoundly.
Using the acclaimed meditation manual, How to Transform Your Life, by Buddhist scholar and meditation master, Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, each class will include practical instruction, guided meditation, and time for questions. No previous experience is needed, and absolutely everyone is welcome to drop in at any time.
