A Change of Heart: Guided Meditation Retreat

Learn how to change the quality of your thoughts and feelings from negative to positive during this guided meditation retreat, based upon Buddha's practical, step-by-step meditations called Lamrim ("Stages of the Path to Enlightenment"). By learning these meditations in retreat and practicing them in your daily life, you will solve your daily problems, enjoy a happy and purposeful life, and be able to profoundly help others.

Join us for the whole retreat, or drop in for a day. Each session will include practical instruction, preparatory meditation prayers, time for questions, and guided meditation. No previous experience is necessary, and absolutely everyone is welcome!
