These meditation classes are the heart of what we do.
The schedule repeats weekly. Feel free to drop in to any class that fits your schedule, whenever it works for you. All include guided meditation and practical instruction, and most include the chance to ask questions. No one is turned away for lack of funds. Please contact us to ask about financial accommodations.

On Saturdays, instead of weekly classes, we have a variety of special events, like retreats and workshops, designed for all levels of experience.
