Meditation is a practice of training the mind to be peaceful, positive and happy. By practicing meditation, you can gradually learn to identify and let go of your negative habits of mind that cause pain and problems, and cultivate positive states of mind that lead to peace and happiness for yourself and others. Whether you are brand new or a seasoned meditator, join us for a practical look at how to become a better meditator:


  • Learn step-by-step how to develop and strengthen your meditation practice

  • Try guided meditations you can practice at home

  • Overcome mental busyness and distractions

  • Integrate meditative principles to improve your daily life


Each class is self-contained, so you are welcome to attend any class at any time.


Each class includes practical instruction, guided meditation, and time for questions. Students are invited to stay after class for light refreshments. No previous experience is necessary. Absolutely everyone is welcome!

This class is held in person, and is also available by livestream for monthly members.
