Based on the famous Eight Verses of Training the Mind by the great Bodhisattva Langri Tangpa, this inspiring series of classes shows with extraordinary clarity how to transform all life's difficulties into valuable spiritual insights.

You'll learn inspiring and practical ways of thinking that can improve your relationships and help you develop greater patience, empathy and compassion in your daily life. Through continued practice, you can gradually abandon the state of being ordinary and limited and become a pure person with unlimited ability to protect all living beings and lead them to a state of lasting happiness.

Each class includes practical instruction, guided meditations, and time for questions.  No previous experience is necessary, and absolutely everyone is welcome!

This class is held in person, and is also available by livestream for monthly members.
