• Eight Steps to Happiness Retreat

A perfect start to the new year! Based upon the immensely popular book, The New Eight Steps to Happiness, this guided retreat will reveal with extraordinary clarity how to transform all life's difficulties into valuable spiritual insights that help us improve our relationships and develop greater patience, empathy and compassion in our daily life. 

Each session will include practical instruction, guided meditation, and time for questions.  Absolutely everyone is welcome, regardless of background or previous experience.
