This morning guided meditation retreat provides an ideal opportunity to practice meditations that are effective for reducing anxiety and stress. Learn how to incorporate the peace of meditation into everyday life, regardless of how busy you may be. No previous experience is necessary -- everyone is welcome.
Teaching: 10 - 10:45am
Guided meditation session 1: 11 - 11:30am
Guided meditation session 2: 11:40 - 12pm
Optional Q&A: 12-12:30pm
